"The show was amazing. It was great. No opening band or introduction, which was odd, but great. Our seats were different from the seat map listing. Section 108 row 14 seats 5-9 were our seats. The last seat on our row was separated by a railing and semi wall, lower and further back. An employee said it happens all the time. We went to guest services. They could fix it, thankfully. We got new seats in a different section because the concert wasn’t sold out. Otherwise, one person would have been seated by 2 strangers, not with their own party."
